1. Looks a bit harder that I thought - still a piece of cake for anyone who's used a screwdriver at least once in his life:

  2. Anyway you're probably right. eBay purchases use to take around 14-20 days to arrive at home so maybe you're best trying to get it replaced instantly at some tech store (assuming they have Xperia Arc replacement screens there).
  3. Most things I've ordered from China, Hong Kong, Sweden, California etc - you name it, I've likely bought from there - take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. And then you run the risk of getting the entirely wrong item even though you bought the right one.

That's happened a couple of times. Not sure if this is an Arc, I keep reading it's an X10 or something like that. No idea, I'm upgrading from a Huwaei to this new Xperia.
  4. Is it a Sony or a Sony Ericsson?

The Xperia Arc model is like 1-1,5 years old I think.
  5. It is an Arc!!! LT15i in the 'About' section on the phone.

  6. Defy out, HUawei Ascend G300 in. Keen to see how far budget Android has moved on since the ZTE Blade 2 years ago.
  7. While looking for the legendary "underwear" post, I found out that you got an Orange San Francisco some time ago. That was budget Android too. What happened?
  8. Cant believe how often you switch phones =P Am about to buy a new laptop, i7, 8GB, FullHD screen to replace my 5 yr old Dell D830 :/

Laptop should be able to run Mac OS X as well, might want to pick up developping iOS apps.

  9. Same as mine then! Prepare yourself for the worst synch software ever. Just drag songs and that directly from iTunes to the phone connected as a hard drive. I even got the covers last time I did that.

You'll have to use that shitware for upgrading to Android 4 if it isn't upgraded though.
  10. Aa so actually it is the best sync solution ever =P It just maps as a hard drive on your computer ?

I dont like iTunes, Zune, etc software.
  11. iTunes is still better Sony Bridge for Mac is like the worst software ever created.
  12. Well software for mac is often 2nd priority. As is iTunes for windows. That is so unworkeably slow
