1. Wow, that' spretty awful. I will be careful not to carry anything pricey or valuable on my luggage, it's amazing how they can do that And we have to rely on those staff to take care of our flight security? WTF
  2. Fucking awful. What to do though? I mean, wouldn't a computer get frozen to death in the normal luggage? Guess you gotta check that stuff immediately after control.

That's bullshit. Most plane's holds are air-conditioned nowadays.

  4. Yeah, they are mostly pressurised these days. Nothing to worry about.
  5. My golf clubs are always cold after flying. Maybe they're stored somewhere else though, but I dunno. Having a computer in the normal luggage doesn't exactly feel safe to me.

That's no problem, I do it all the time. Last year I flew more than 30 times, 90% with laptop in regular luggage. Still works fine.

Computers have no problem with cold, as long as it's not freezing.
  7. That's another matter and more a thing of personal preference, Olof. I don't have laptops anyway

It's shit indeed, I won't buy a new one though, at least for now. Will use my work laptop instead, which is not as good looking ah well
  9. I hate the people that work in airport security - especially in America. They are so moody and have a terrible attitude.

Where was it you were off to, Remy?

To Valencia, Spain. It happened at Schiphol, Amsterdam, the place I would least expect it. But I read on the internet that it happens all the times in luggage controls, because there is virtually no control to what happens "below" an airport. They even sell stuff to each other.
  11. It really doesn't surprise me that they are like that actually. That's disgusting.
  12. Didn't you do work experience at an airport once, Kieran? Did you see anything suspect looking back?
