  10. In some countries advertising like that is illegal, here in Holland it used to be but now it is allowed.
  11. It's absolutely illegal here, it's called competencia desleal (something like "unfair competition"). You can't name or show pics from other brand's products, and obviously not name their disadvantages towards your products either! I'm surprised it isn't a global concept
