Don't feel sorry, I know they are different. I misunderstood Chris and want to transfer the laptop RAM to another laptop. That is not always possible, though.

Memories are usually interchangeable between different laptops, much easier than laptop>desktop at least.
Hey guys, need some suggestions here.
I need an easy to use, free and simple movie maker. What I want to do is basically have a still picture with a song playing and then be able to add subtitles which are actually the song's lyrics.
I tried Windows Movie Maker but it's not that easy to use with subtitles, it mixes up the time, and it crashes a lot.
Any suggestions?
Which version of WMovie Maker are you using? The old one (on Win XP) crashed a lot and wasn't that accurate, but the newer one (Windows Live Movie Maker, mine is version 15.4.3555, http://download.cnet.com/Windows-Live-Movie-Maker/3000-13631_4-10965753.html ) works really good. It's what virtually everyone uses (or iMovie if you're on a Mac) to make amateur lyric videos.
Thought so, cause all lyric videos I see seem like they were made in movie maker. I was using the regular dead (not live ) movie maker. Thanks Sergio, will give it a try
Give it a try. There are several alternatives but most of them are paid-for or hardly intuitive software. Win Movie Maker is actually a great piece of software with tons of features for which people pay dozens of $$$ in other softwares. Its biggest downpoint is the stability, but that has improved greatly on the Live versions.
- I want my column browser on the left, not up.
- The album section has way too big pictures and the size cannot be changed. This is very annoying when your laptop doesn't have a mousewheel.
- Black is best. Give me my theme back.
I like the 'Next' option, but otherwise this is just a mess.
Just updated iTunes too, i shouldnt have skipped the tutorial video haha. where's things like recently added/played songs, and the play count for each song?
Edit: nevermind, found the playlist button at the top
