  1. Anyone know how to make a countdown, somewhat like the Pearl Jam one, but full screen? I need it for school and if anyone knows how to do it it would be very helpful! Anyone websites? I have looked some stuff up but none have been right. Thanks!

    Do you mean building it on your own (aka writing the code) or just using one already made and embed it somewhere?
  3. I'm not sure I could say no if the Lumia 1020 launches for free on £30 per month contracts.

  5. If anyone can, grab a Nokia smartphone. I've been using low-budget Nokia Lumia 620 and it's so much better than any Android phone I used before. I just adore Windows Phone 8.
  6. The Lumia 620 is a little dream of a phone. A few key apps are still missing for me though preventing me from using it full time. If these gaps get filled then I'll be all over it again.

  8. I would probably be content with an iPhone of I didn't own an iPad. Too similar.The Galaxy Nexus is still dgoing OK but Nexus 4 prices are tempting. Supplemented by a WP8 device for a bit of change now and again could be a nice combo.

    Sometimes I pick up Kick ass deals there,
    you could pick up a nexus 4 there for a good price
    if not something could show up eventually.
  10. I've seen plenty at excellent prices. Its is mostly identical to the Galaxy Nexus so not a high priority. I need to get a bike computer first. I use the Gneslx at the moment because its cheap and plastic but wouldn't bring an all glass Nexus 4 with me. Still awaiting price details for the 1020
  11. My HTC HD2 broke

    Well, the charging connector has gone, but I'm using this as an opportunity to let go. I'm now using a Samsung Galaxy SII until I've decided where I'm going to go next. Android 4, and surprisingly, it's really fast. I think it'll do me just fine for the next month or so.

    Suggestions welcome.
  12. Has anyone tried Opera Next? I wanted a replacement browser for my mac (been using Safari) and it's excellent.

    As of using it, I've made it my default browser. Hopefully it doesn't get bloated.
