1. New N7 is nice. Still waiting for a few specific apps before I can give up on the iPad mini though. A little too much bezel for my liking too but I can overlook that.
  2. I am also considering buying it The nexus 4 also dropped in price. 200 USD for the cheapest model...
  3. I've ordered a HTC 8x. If that doesn't work out I'll definitely get the Nexus 4 to replaced my cracked screen Galaxy Nexus.

A switch to a Nexus 7 could come round more quickly depending on how much I despise iOS7 when it arrives. Still love my mini though. Superbly built and the extra screen size really makes a difference. Not very high res but that doesn't bother me at all.
  4. I am quite sure that i will get the N7, just where and when is the question. The 32GB model can be ordered from Germany for 290 eur including shipping. While getting it from US can be done for 270 USD. Big difference.....
  5. I've never found storage to be an issue. I keep next to no media on my tablets and stream most of my music and film. I could get enough money selling my mini to buy The N7. I'd be worried that Android on a tablet won't be much good. I'm not overly fond of it on my phone as it is. First world problems and all that.
  6. It will be my first tablet, but I did read that there are not many tablet apps for Android yet. That seems to be the main problem compared to the iPad
  7. My main concern too. IPad has that all tied up. I'll keep the iPad for now. It has served me well.
  8. Maybe I'm just a rookie, but shit, I hate the lack of functionality of Apple products and the iPad (I have an iPad 4 and the second last generation of iPod video) - will never buy another Apple product again.
  9. Apples way has its pros and cons. I've rarely ever felt that my iPad is held back in anyway due to Apples way of doing things.
  10. That Nexus 4 price drop is great. Shame I ordered mine in February and got it for £239. However, they accidentally sent me the 16GB version instead of the 8GB, so I scored well there. The price drop almost indicates that they doing that to make way for the new Nexus 4, rumoured to be out sometime in October or November.
  11. The 4 should have plenty of life in it yet. I could probably live with the 8gb now that I have all my music up in Google Play. If the 8x doesn't work out then I'll be all over it.
  12. It will, I think I will keep mine until the Nexus after that comes out. I see no point in buying another Nexus 4 around 10 months apart.
