1. I know, the famous eBay link problem. It's fixable simply removing the unnecesary parts of the url.

    This is your article: www.ebay.nl/itm/231046360581

All eBay needs is the article number

    PS. It looks nifty!!
  2. Exactly what I was looking for. I'll have myself a bright red one I think.

I just bought a pair today for AU$100. Read a few reviews and seems there is a general consensus that they are just about the best headphones you can get for under $150-200. I guess they've been around long enough to prove that they are decent (released for the first time in 1985), but I'd still like to see if anyone here has had any experiences with them.

Going to these from a pair of 2010 Bose AE2s [image]

so it'll be interesting going from the mid-range bracket to the $100-bracket. I like the AE2s and don't have many complaints but need to upgrade the ear cushions and the headphone cord which was going to be about $20-30 plus $10 postage so the new set wasn't much more to be honest.

Well I got these bad boys today. Testing them out now with a few tracks from TUF, and boy, the sound quality of the headphones is very impressive. Bass is clear, vocals perfect, drums don't have too much kick (and you can hear the cymbals very crisp). Edge's guitar sounds fantastic. These headphones are easily better than any of my $200-300 ones from the past, and very similar to top of the range Bose and a couple of the Sennheiser models that retail around $400-500.

I like the head band and the look, plus a coiled three meter cord is a nice feature. The nickel plated jacks would obviously be better if gold, BUT these are $89 ($100 w/ p&h) headphones. Worst thing about them is the cheap ear cushions, which feel like packing box beads/peanuts.

Anyway, highly recommend these MDR V6s to anyone with a seriously low budget.
  4. In all seriousness, which torrent tracker sites and things do people use nowadays to find things that are a little less mainstream than things like thepiratebay.org etc?

I used to use demonoid to find miscellaneous albums and things to 'preview' before I buy them.. But now that it's gone I have no idea of a good tracker search engine to find what I'm after..
  5. I dont do torrents, but kickasstorrents, isohunt, etc are still online
  6. Yeah isohunt isn't even finding what I need. I'll try kickass, see how that goes. Thanks
  7. I dont know any others, probably there are some private trackers that have more specific stuff.

Impressive review. Bummer about the cushions, it's the thing I grow tired of more easily so they have to be really good to appeal me. Anyway I will keep it in mind, thanks
  9. Easy enough to change, you can buy better ones for them for not a whole lot of money online. I just wanted to test the cushions out before I went and upgraded.
  10. Nexus 7 bought already.
  11. Hahaha nice
  12. Very nice indeed. A different beast to the iPad. Lovely screen. Chrome is still shit.
