  1. Nexis 5 screen smashed. Some idiot at the bar last night and knocked a glass over and it hit the corner of my screen. It all still works fine but I'll not be able to love with it.

    You're lucky it isn't a Nexus 4, it would have been entirely broken if it was that. I smashed the back of my Nexus 4 last night drunkenly.

    Amen. The Nexus 5 has proven very robust up to now surviving several drops. Last. Oght was just unlucky.

    There's not many phones out there that I fancy and with U2 tours and cycling stuff to buy I don't really want to spend a lot of money. Grgh!
  6. I've just gone Android for the first time, loving my experience so far. Refused to pay outlandish prices for the iPhone 6.
    Have a Moto X (2nd Gen). Lovely.

    Have you tried the Chinese ones? Huawei are superb. And cheap.

  10. Hard to fault so far. Just sorting out where all my photos are (Amazon Cloud, Dropbox, Google Drive.... ) and then I'll be fine.
