That's exactly what I have: 1 ipod full of bootlegs, another with studio tracks. Just check the box "Manually manage music and videos" when you connect the ipod. Now you can handle the contents of your ipod manually. If you have 2 cables, you can connect both ipods to their respective USB ports and manage them.
You know you're an obsessed U2 fan when you have 2 ipods just for them
