Using that Network Connections screen I told you about earlier, you could find a good IP from a list:

And put one of those many ones in the boxes (but take note of your current one, just in case).
My LAN address (using the cmd. thing) is 3 digits, 3 digits, 1 digit, 1 digit - as is the wireless, so they don't look the same as every other one I see (I read what you said earlier about how it's the last 2 digits that RS look at, hence I'm thoroughly confused)
