Yep - big fan of the Boss (as in all his LPs) but obssessive fan of U2 (as in all LPs, 7"s, CDs, DVDs, books, magazines etc) but can't stand the majority of other stuff that they get lumped in with - Coldplay, Radiohead and so on ... give me the Clash any day! My record collection is made up of Springsteen/U2/Bowie and loads of obscure punk rock. I'm very musically uncool to my punk rock friends but too obscure for U2 fans I know!

  4. My 2 favourite acts ever. I can see what you're saying with the familiar styles. I love them both.

  5. AH! That is great to know. I also have many friends that really enjoy Bruce´s music and live shows One of the best bands to see live. U2 and Bruce really rock the crowd on so many excellent levels. I reccomend to see both in concert!

  8. Springsteen is a bit "more" productive since 2000 and still nowadays his job is being a musician.

    Can't say this of U2.
