  9. Would somebody please tell me what's so great about this performance of New Year's day? Even if you do overlook the rather poor sound quality of this bootleg, there are way better performances of this song, and as far as this performance goes - it's not magnificient in any way. I know there's some history to it, but what makes the performance of the song itself so good?

    I haven't heard it myself, but I think most people like it because of the crowd. It's written for them, so I'm sure it's a special moment. It's like playing New York in New York, ISHFWILF in Latin America, One Tree Hill in Australia...but I'm just guessing...

  12. Is the case the same with the Kite performances from Australia during the Vertigo tour? They're way better than New Year's Day from Chorzow, but still get beat badly by some kite performances.
