  2. If 2020 gift includes live version of Exit from 2017 I will be a happy man. Like Sydney_Mike said earlier, same here with the lithographs - still in the tube in my office closet. Red Hill group here and I received my shipping notice on 28th.

  5. I’m pretty sure it all comes from USA. My shipping note mentions that. In fact even though I have the shipping notice and tracking number for UPS they don’t actually have the item yet they’re waiting to receive it from the U.S.

    At least people in the southern hemisphere got to use their access code during this 19 subscription year.
  7. True but that hardly makes up for not being able to use a code in 2015 for i+e, 2017 for JT30 or 2018 for e+i unless you could afford to fly to the northern hemisphere.
