    The link doesn't work for me either, eventhough my 2020 subscription is valid and the DVD is actually on the way. I exchanged 4 or 5 e-mails with u2.com about it, they always sent me an e-mail informing me that they were very sorry for the trouble and that my account would be fixed. It never has been and I also only see the trailer with a message that I should resubscribe or login (while I am logged in)...

    The link doesn't work on my phone and tablet, but works perfectly on my laptop

  9. I am logged on my computer and it doesn't work. I even got it confirmed from u2.com that there was some problem with my account on their side. But that is all.
  10. Yeah I can't log in on my phone but I can on my laptop even though I changed password and I can't find link for E&I Berlin gig as it appears to have disappeared from the site.The whole site needs a major upgrade including the lame Merchandise which looks like it was designed by school kids.
  11. Yeah, the website isn't great and the merch is quite bad. But those big lettered 'U2' shirts were a big seller in 2018.

    You just have to use the link whilst logged in on a desktop/laptop I guess.
