    Not sure about youtube, but there is definitely a studio version - it was on the Unreleased & Rare set on iTunes, amongst other things.

    on the date 06/30/1987
    they taped it from the stage without crowd ...
    for the album "a very special Christmas"
    The album will raise several million dollars ...

    here is the video in case there is someone who hasn't seen it (and at around 1:30 Bono almost falls )
