I HAD more info. I "Favorited" a page long time ago with all the aneqdothes regarding the Vertigo Tour, etc. I will search for that web now.

PS. EDIT. No way. I can't find it. Maybe someone else can give you some additional info... Sorry!
  5. Alright Sergio, your efforts are appreciated nonetheless

Right, thanks. You can bump this topic in a few hours, when Yeah or Germcevoy or someone else connects. Maybe they've got some additional info
  7. In the CD Rom given away with the subscription to U2.com in 2005 there is a spoken word screensaver with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights scrolling down the screen. The narration in that (which to my ears is identical to that projected at the concerts|) is by 'Beng Kansaard'.

Maybe, someone else will need to confirm whether the narration on the screensaver is the same as the concert.

I remember myself hearing on the concert "That girl is Aung San Kyi"... I've seen pics of her and she's likely the speaker on the speech. Even though, none of us have confident information.
  11. I'm not sure but I'd go for Suu Kyi...I mean I find the faces to be the same.

...and at least on u2france.com they're writing this below the pic (I do not understand French tho):
La déclaration universelle des Droits de l’homme lue par Aung San Suu Kyi, un morceau d’anthologie de l’émotion. La leader du parti démocrate birman a eu 60 ans cette année et est toujours assignée à résidence surveillée chez elle en Birmanie. En 2000, U2 écrivait en son nom pour célébrer son courage et son intégrité le morceau Walk On sur l’album All that you can’t leave behind.
