What you quoted is a report by a fan transported and translated through 2 different websites. Could be true, could be made up.

There are some things that are pretty likely, I agree on that. But there's nothing confirmed yet, that's all I'm saying.

With that in mind, I'm fairly sure it sounds like NLOTH is the song that the band feel is the one that they feel is the most promising from their endeavours, much like ISHFWILF was during the JT days - if someone came in to check things out, they'd perform or play that to them. I have a feeling NLOTH sounds like something similar.
