I Googled "digital visual co-efficient" and the only results one gets are from McGuinness' quote, so I'm guessing he's created a new phrase, so in years to come, like we refer to 'Pandora's Box' or 'Einstein's Theory of Relativity', we're gonna be bleating on about 'McGuinness' Digital Visual Co-Efficient' safe in the knowledge that, to this very day, no one knows what it means.
