    "A reliable sourse has informed me that Kings Of Leon will again support U2 during there world tour in 2009. No word yet about how many shows or what continents though. U2 will be touring the whole world for big stadium shows starting in the Spring 2009. The tour will be announced either the start of December or early January 2009."

    that would be awesome, didn't see them on the first leg and I can't think of a better show than U2 and KOL (ok not true but it would be fucking great, 2 of my favorite bands)
  4. kinda cool to hear that, but spring tour? I'm still going with what my friend told me. I rather trust someones info about u2 rather than info from the support act.

    Or my other theory, hear from the band and the band only.

  8. What's U2's usual length between their first single and album release? 4 weeks?

    If that's true December could be on the cards.
  9. Does this timeline seem a little rushed to anyone else? I mean, usually there is a few months time between album release date and start of the tour. Here, if we had a January release and spring tour, it doesn't seem like the band has a whole lot of time. I don't know... maybe it's just me. Maybe they've nailed down what they want the tour to look like already and they just need to rehearse.
