1. Besides I want to know soon when this "No end of the timeline" album is due to come out
  2. I get the feeling this has been a real difficult album for U2. All of these different names linked with producing the album and the scrapped/shelved Rubin stuff. I was sure at this point we would have had a release date or news of a single at least. The Best of 2000-2010 is going to be a bit low on tracks at this rate!!

  3. "The last of the rock stars, when hip-hop joined the big cars"

We'll see soon. It's time for some official news, these videoclips bore the sh*t out of me

  5. Maybe on Christmas Eve something will be posted at U2.com or something to cheer us all up,but the time is imminent for some new material news and dates etc....we'll know soon enough....

  6. Don't you just love remixes? And don't forget, a couple of new songs for an incentive. That's great business right there.

Maybe they'll play a small show at Christmas, at the O2 or even New Year's, something like the Brooklyn Bridge show or Radio One 2004 brodcast, but with songs they haven't played in ages - When Love Comes To Town, Van Diemen's Land, Stay - three songs not played in a good few years or over a decade.
  7. great album

Stay was played during Elevation however...but looking back, that's already 7 years too. Almost 8.

Your idea is great though. Oh man, a surprising christmas-gig with golden oldies like 11 O 'Clock and All Along the Watchtower.

It comes from the idea of the songs played recently at various events. Stay was at the Mencap event, wasn't it (for the Little Noise Sessions)?

Could be, I don't know...it was played here of course, at Union Chapel:

    2007-11-23 - Islington, England - Union Chapel
  11. That would be great indeed.
