  2. Too much dreamy, For that to happen.
    As that will make no chance to make a profit out of the remasters because people will tend to buy the new material (if you see the new album and the remasters what would you buy? ,and im taking about a new fan not an old fan) , i think no UABRS this year. Maybe On 2010

  6. That recent interview with Daniel Lanois on RTE radio--what he has to say about the new U2 album:

    "We're on the home stretch--we're going to deliver in about three weeks to a month, and hopefully we'll have the record out in the fall. All the tracks are done--we're just finishing the vocals. Bono's in great form, singing fantastic, and everybody's in high spirits. I think we can safely say it's one of the great innovative records from U2."

    Awesome... I like how they keep saying innovative. Could this be as experimental as Pop and Zooropa? I hope so. Perhaps this psychedlic pop concoction could be really cool.

    I hope not. Electronic and dance? I'd rather have the sonic depth and gut rock feel of Achtung Baby and Bomb.

    Personally, I would too. But my guesses are based upon the info I've read. I wish I could be like "hey Bono, perhaps a rock 'n' roll record with real rock stuff". But I trust what they're doing. I'd rather have a record that's light years away from understanding than one that comes and goes. I'll even say that the Joshua Tree was innovative... innovative to U2 because American music like the blues and folk were something they didn't really know about at the time. The thing is, they were in Morocco for their inspiration. Expect Moroccan influences and sounds. Achtung was set in newly united Germany. Pop was inspired by the club scene in Miami. We all hope this album will be great, and I do too.
