  6. Got back from Budapest yesterday. I managed to get a place on the barrier separating the golden circle and the rest of the standing, so I had a great view slightly to the left of Matts position on stage. In terms of stage show and performance I think it was pretty strong. Matt seems to be taking the lead man role now, and his doing a pretty good job of it, although one or two things made me cringe a bit. The new songs were good, especially Animals and two songs I had previously disliked Madness and Liquid State, although Plug-in Baby and Time is Running Out sounded a bit tired, possible because I've seen them so many times before. All in All a good night out, defiantly worth going.

    Cheapest Rome tickets: 33€
    Madrid-Rome-Madrid flights: ~40€ / 2+2 hours.


    Cheapest Barna tickets: 47€
    Madrid-Barna-Madrid bus: 44€ / 8+8 hours.

  12. More or less the same price. Maybe some cheap flights pop up some day, 20 or 30 € back and forth... But they're rare. 40-50 is the usual prices for the flights. Trains are much more expensive, not an option.


    Plus, the Barcelona stadium is not the almighty Camp Nou in which U2 played back in 2009. Muse are playing Montjuic, a stadium dating back from 1928 (true story). The same stadium in which Coldplay tried to record their 2009 Viva La Vida Tour DVD but were unable to, because they were plagued with technical problems due to the stadium electric system not being able to handle all the power. Pathetic, yes.
