Yeah, complete shows are always nice. Not to sound ungrateful but the lack of essential tunes in that Berlin show you posted makes me want to take a pass on it.
I knew the lack of MOTP and SS would put you off... But the amazing sound and performance make up for it imo. Seattle is easily the best of all of them in terms of Resistance tunes. And well, Glastonbury has of course that epic Streets rendition with The Edge......

    I wasn't going to comment, but....yeah
  3. I've downloaded 3 or 4 Muse bootlegs, Bellamy sounds great live
  4. Sure he does. They are incredible live, even more so than on record - something not many bands can be proud of!

    What's your favourite songs Dane?

Do you mean Muse-wise? Haven't listened to much by Muse yet, I ran through a good portion of Origin of Symmetry and the standouts so far are Plug In Baby, New Born and Citizen Erased. I also listened to a couple of live tracks from a bootleg and enjoyed Apocolypse Please and Butterflies and Hurricanes. I need to listen straight through Absolution next. I hear it's very good. What are your preferences, Sergio?
  6. Can I answer for you, Sergio?

I will anyway: He likes Citizen Erased. Now if I could only find that video of him and his band performing it. You'd swear it's Matt Bellamy!
  7. Found it!
  8. That was fun - yet also a bit odd - reading through posts of mine from over two years ago as I searched through the above video.

Man, I really was upset upon first learning that Bliss was left off HAARP. Come to think of it, I still am. Damn them!

Maybe I'll have to make a mix from various shows. Time to start compiling!
  10. Whoa, that is some research work, Bellamy's namesake! That performance was the very first song from the very first concert on our own; my guitar was drowned in the mix, the venue sounded like crap in general and the whole thing was a bit wobbly, but it's still a nice document. Thanks for bringing it up!

Indeed, Citizen Erased is qiute possibly my favourite Muse song, as Matt kindly pointed out. Its first position is always challenged by Stockholm Syndrome, though, which I've been lucky to live a couple of times at different Muse gigs and it's absolutely brutal; and by Butterflies And Hurricanes. Citizen and Butterflies are more like the definitive work of art, Stockholm holds a special meaning and is basically a show stopper.

I have tried and find some of those "your other artists' 10 fav songs" threads with no success, so here's a quick top 10 that could change tomorrow morning easily.

    1 - Citizen Erased
    1 - Stockholm Syndrome
    1 - Butterflies And Hurricanes
    4 - Fury
    5 - Showbiz
    6 - Bliss
    7 - Unnatural Selection
    8 - New Born
9 - Map Of The Problematique
    10 - Animals
Special mention for MK Ultra that almost made it instead of Animals, and City Of Delusion that almost substituted Map as BHAR's representation in the list.

Oh, and Dane, you definitely NEED to listen through Absolution.

    Now.
  11. my top 10 would be

    Stockholm Syndrome
    New Born
    MK Ultra
    TSP
    Assassin
    Knights Of Cydonia
    Hysteria
    Bliss
    Plug In Baby
    MOTP

with special mentions for Citizen Erased, Dead Star and Reapers
