1. If they only play MOS once, in Amsterdam on July 20th, then I can live with that.

Dirty Day into Mofo seems most unlikely I think....

pop muzik and mofo to start the encore would be awesome. Like they bought back zoo station on the vertigo tour but this time mofo to pump the crowd up would be awesome
  3. I think Fez and Unknown Caller are the trump cards of the new album. And agree that a drawn out Fez-Being Born would be the ideal start to the show.

(dare I suggest a Segue from Walk On to Unknown Caller or vice versa?? - they have a similar guitar part..)
  4. All I Want Is You and Bad have been described as VERY similar by tons of people since 1988, and nevertheless they've been played together extensively through the years (Lovetown, Zoo TV, Elevation, etc)... Similarity can mean "Play this together" perfectly

A lot of U2 songs are similar in that respect - the guys have made it an art to put together songs revolving around the tonic and sub-dominant notes in a key, hence why they have similar stuff, e.g. many U2 songs, e.g. WGRYWH, AIWIY (as you mentioned earlier) and The First Time have blended well as snippets. However, when the actual guitar parts (as mentioned re. Unknown Caller and Walk On) are similar, I'd say steer clear. 'Tis why I doubt something like LWTSH would see the light of day on a live stage because stuff like Ultra Violet and The Fly have taken key parts from it, and it would seem a bit suspect to have 2 songs in the same setlist that incorporate the same things such as bassline and similar riffs etc.

I know about the key matter, I play guitar too

Regarding Lady With... I think that problem would be solved, simply not playing The Fly on that show
  7. Staple setlist songs I'm tired of:
    - New Years Day
    - Bullet the Blue Sky
    - Pride
    - Sunday Bloody Sunday

Songs that need to come back:
    - Lemon
    - Dirty Day
    - Walk On (full band)
    - Love Rescue Me
    - Zooropa (the whole song)
    - Ultraviolet
    - Electric Co / Shadows & Tall Trees
    - A Sort of Homecoming

as for the NLOTH songs, I hope they go with the Lanois / Eno songs (No Line, Unknown Caller, Fez-Being Born) those are the true atmosphere of the new album...songs like "Stand Up Comedy" and "I'll Go Crazy" still feel too much in the How To Dismantle camp.

Hmm you might be right there. These songs do have things in common.
  10. If we are guessing the set-list:

No Line On The Horizon Tracks:
    Get on Your Boots
    Magnificent
    Breathe
I'll Go Crazy If I Don't Go Crazy Tonight
    No Line on the Horizon

    Expected:
    Vertigo
    Beautiful Day
    One
    Bullet the Blue Sky
    New Year's Day
Where the Streets Have No Name
Pride (In the Name of Love)
    With or Without You
    Sunday Bloody Sunday
    40/All I Want is You
    I Will Follow

    Unexpected Possbilities:
Luminous Times (Hold On To Love)
    New York
    One Tree Hill
Even Better Than the Real Thing
    Moment of Surrender
    MLK
    Dirty Day
    Ultraviolet (Light My Way)
Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses
    Sweetest Thing

Obviously I have no exculsive knowledge, I'm just guessing. Hopefully some of those make a comeback
