That. He definetely should shave it. It was not a great performance but it's so nice just see Michael Stipe singing again, he really didn't want to do that. Well at least thanks to Chris for bringing Michael on stage again
  3. I think Michael Stipe is rivalling with Thom Yorke for the "most homeless-looking rock star in the world" award.
  4. And you gotta love when Chris says people wanted to see One Direction, but they probably would be in bed by that time
  5. Happy New Year!!!

I have to confess that I love U2 but COLDPLAY is my life!

  6. Update!

    "Dear friends in Latin America
We're sad to say that, due to circumstances beyond our control, we're unable to reschedule the postponed Mylo Xyloto tour dates in 2013.
    For this we're very sorry.
It may seem small consolation now but we'll definitely have your corner of the world at the front of our minds when the time comes to do it all again.
Thank you for your incredible patience and support.
    With love
    Chris, Will, Guy, Jonny"

So to my understanding, the Mylo Xylotour comes to a rather anti-climatic end...
  7. That's a shame for all of the fans who were looking forward to the shows. Why were they initially postponed?

I think when they first announced the shows being postponed, they said it was due to circumstances beyond their control.

The only reason I see them having to cancel an entire leg of the tour is that their tour was too costly and they ran out of money. Aside from that, I can't see why they would cancel an entire leg. Another possible reason could be injury, but we would know about that at this point...

A lot of people put their best effort to bring Coldplay to Brazil, but it looked like the band wasn't in the mood of playing in Latin America since the beggining of the negotiations. After some gig producers raised how much money they'll offer to the band, they came to an agreement and the shows were announced in Sao Paulo and Porto Alegre. 3 days later, they changed their decision and cancelled the hole thing. I can say a lot of people are mad with them here in Brazil. I'm sad to tell you the truth. I really wanted to see MX Tour live, and in my opinion, they shouldn't have accepted playing here if they were already tired or low-spirited to do it. It would be better to say "we won't play Latin America" instead of build this great excitement and then put people down with this.
  11. In other news....

My Live 2012 DVD shipped today... I ordered it mid-November. *sigh* good things come to those who wait I guess.
