1. Any opinions on the version of Lost with Jay-Z?
I think they should have given him an extra verse. Other than that it sounds cool.
  2. I love that song. Anything with Coldplay and Jay Z on a track is gonna be good tune. And yea, a little more Jay Z in this would be nice, but i still really like this song.
  3. No changes on the new leg it seems. Ottawa last night.

    They're still a rockband, right?

  5. Yes, but this are 4 (!) remixes/techno versions/whatever in one show!

And Mofo had a great guitar solo...

And Lemon...you got a point there...

It's 3. Also, GPASUYF and Talk are still handplayed. The Viva remix is played over PA to give the band members time to get back on the main stage and open the encore...

Coldplay's Grammy submissions for this year's Grammy awards have been announced - and the band have entered eight seperate categories.

This doesn't mean they will be nominated in all eight however, but it means that their record company has submitted them for the voting period. If Coldplay received enough votes during this time they will be shortlisted in the relevant categories. The submissions are as follows:

Album of the Year - Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends
Record of the Year - Viva la Vida
Song of the Year - Viva la Vida
Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals - Viva la Vida
Best Rock Album - Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends
Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals - Violet Hill
Best Rock Song - Violet Hill
Best Short Form Music Video - Viva la Vida

They have a very good chance to win some grammys this time around
