Hi,

I'm Bill Baylis's PA (who wrote 'Better Man' at the introduction to the clip) and can confirm that at 4:30 this is again his track called 'The Wind of Change' which can be found on www.playkpm.com

This only plays for a couple of seconds, and then switches to a new track, which unfortunately I do not know who this is.
