I'll probably try to get La Liga involved too if possible, so many big leagues to keep up with! I do fear for the Eredivisie because of the rapid departure of many of the best players, e.g. Schaars, van Wolfswinkel, Dzsudzsák and the rest going abroad. That said, there seems to be a lot of good young players coming through, so fingers crossed the league will pick up again - who can forget PSV's journey to the Champions' League semi-finals in 2005?

So far, it's still going ahead, but it won't be certain 'til Thursday when the FA meet. Here's hoping they do - it seems the police are gaining the upper hand, so with any luck, things will start to die down. Re. the friendly, half of me is gutted I wouldn't get a match to watch but the other half is glad because a) safety risks were certainly a concern and b) it would mean one less bit of moaning from Premier League managers about their players getting injured on international duty lol.

Your right about the departure of some of the best players, Suarez, Dzsudzsak and Ruiz were the best player the last 3 years and now that Ruiz might go to Spurs which means that the last of the big players would go away. But the good thing is that the transfers lead to new Dutch players; Suarez was replaced by Ebecillio, Dzsudzsak by Labyad and Ruiz will be replaced by Berghuis. And probably these 3 players will get sold again but high prices.
I only remember that last game of PSV against AC Milan, with Ambrosini who decided it in the last minute
