Strong defensive line, attacking wingers, creative midfield duo, creative forward and an deadly (when in form) striker.

I'll do an all-time one later, but it will probably only be players I've grew up with. As good as some of the classic players were, I don't think technically they could be as prolific in modern football.

Nice team , i forgot Evra , i like it very much !!
And Messi ? you don t want in your team ?
I will do all-tiem later too and the same to you with players i see , nothing about Pele, Distefano , Garrrincha ...

Regarding Messi, I don't see any place for him in my side. It'd be similar to international football, these set of 11 players are proven performers for their country so can easily slot in to alien team mates. Messi only performs when his team and the opposition allow him to, Argentina stifles him and he doesn't make the same impact consistently.
  5. Ok, better to me i want him just for me

Messi is the best player i ever seen , there aren t a single player who approaches to him , in my opinion

In the national team he performed well , but not awesome as always , so he is in debt , but he will have a chance to shut up to all that critics him
  6. Club Brugge just went from 3-0 down in min. 72 to a 3-4 victory against Maribor
    What a comeback. I'm proud.

    EDIT : Post 3000 !

  7. Don't tell the Liverpool fans, they won't feel special anymore. Sounds a damn good game to be fair.
  8. Where are the othres dream teams ?
  9. Julio Cesar
    Maicon Lucio Samuel Chivu
    Zanetti Cambiasso Stankovic
    Sneijder
    Milito Eto'o

    coach: Mou

  10. haha
Great team , i don t understand why you let Etoo go , he is awesome !!
  11. Here goes my all time:

    GK - Schmeichel
    LB - Roberto Carlos
    CB - Cannavaro
    CB - Nesta
    RB - Cafu
    LM - Giggs
    CM - Zidane
    CM - Roy Keane
    RM - Beckham
    ST - Ronaldo (BRA)
    ST - Raul

I apologise that it's really a post 1990's squad, particularly when they were in their prime but man, these players were something else. Ronaldo would've destroyed defences in Pele's era and Raul would've embarressed the best of keepers. Zidane would've turned players inside out, turned around and done it again when George Best was tearing through the field. Whilst I absolutely admire the ability of Best, Pele, Van Basten etc, I honestly think that these players were some of the best at what they did.

Remember the Brazil-France game of WC06? Ronaldinho on top of the world (a bit like Messi is supposed to be), Zidane stole the show. He stole the show when he was sleeping. Incredible. Schmeichel was unbeatable when he was on his game, The Great Dane is his nickname for a reason. Only position I pondered about was left back, either Carlos or Maldini for me. Carlos had pace to burn though and couldn't half strike a football.
  12. My perfect team:

    Zinedine Zidane
    & 10 others.
