Messi and ... what else I can say...

82 goals this season is where he ends All goals were beauties again. What a phenomenal player, what a season it has been.

  2. Remy:

You are the webmaster here , i will not contradict you

    Messi , again ,
  3. Harry Redknapp has left Tottenham, Roberto Di Matteo has been appointed Chelsea boss. Di Matteo more than deserved it.
  4. Im kind of glad he is going, the 2nd last game of the season vs Villa where we needed all 3 points to rap up 3rd. We had villa pegged back nearly the whole 2nd half, harry goes to bring on defoe, we level at 1-1 then he decides to bring on Parker instead, and defoe sits on the bench the whole game, dumbest move ever.

Anyway i wonder who his replacement will be, id love AVB.
  5. The end of Glasgow Rangers......

Strange that such a big club could go bankrupt

  6. Yep. It's a shame for Scottish football actually. That makes an obvious winner for the league next year: Celtic. Unless they mess up big time.

What's funny is that I used to be a Rangers fan when I was about 6 years old. I stopped supporting them as I lost interest in Scottish football.

A lot of Scottish clubs are in massive debts. Hearts, for example, will be next.

  7. Really ???

It will change theri name or just dissapear ?
  8. There will be a new club with a new name but they will still be Rangers F.C. with all the supporters and the stadium. All the players and staff can choose to move to this new team, but they can leave with no argument if they want to. This new team will have all debts cleared and will be a fresh start. There are disadvantages, however. They will lose their history of all the cups they won, they aren't allowed into Europe for 3 years and they might not be able to enter the top league of Scottish football; they might have to go into the lowest league of competitive Scottish football, if you want to call it that - being called Division Two.

Although, there has to be a thorough investigation to whether there was fraud involved, if Craig Whyte (the corrupt guy who took over shortly) flooded the club anymore, and to look at the club's financial history over the past 15 or so years.

It really started when they were under Dick Advocaat when he was paying ridiculous sums of money for players that weren't even that great. For example, there was the signing of Tore Andre Flo for £12 million. He may have had a good record of goals, but that was way too much for him. Advocaat went mental with signings so that is pretty much where it started. I think the loss of the chairman, David Murray, added gasoline to the fire. After that, they were going downhill fast.
  9. Yeah Advocaat likes to spend money and play with older players instead of letting younger players play.

Its just sad that a big club can dissapear while other big teams can keep spending money

Really sad ... great club and history ....

please tell me that Craig Whyte is going to jail !!
  11. sorry - a bit late to the discussion but have to say, the liquidation of 'them' is one of the greatest things that has happened in my lifetime. May they burn in Hell
  12. Really? Now there isnt any excitement in the Scottisch league anymore, Celtic will win everything there. That is going to be fun for a year but after than season you will miss them I think.

Its the same if Feyenoord will dissapear (although I dont hate them) you need exciting games in a lower league like the Dutch and Scottish one.
