Quite a distance short of the allowed €45m loss, which is too high in my opinion still. So PSG somewhere need to have made up €52m from gate receipts, TV revenue, advertising, merchandising and prize money. Of course though, that €52m doesn't include the wage bill which is counted as expenditure, so it's likely they need to find much more than €52m to meet the €45m threshold.
AC Milan selling the players could be an attempt to balance their books, who knows? They have stated that they will save a lot of money by selling these players plus make a lot of money from the transfer fees.
There are ways around it of course. Manchester City recently struck a deal to rename their stadium, as did Newcastle United. Manchester City's deal is worth £350m over ten years, which essentially is +£35m start in sponsorship each season.
