1. Vermeer should bring more rest. He is always rushing the ball to his defenders. Just wait a second or two.
  2. Looked like there was something wrong in the Ajax crowd then. A lot of shuffling at the front with stewards crowding round.

Everytime Ajax seem to get into a good position, they try a speculative effort and waste posession. It's like watching Man Utd play at times.
  3. Yeah they are throwing with terrible crosses.
  4. 3 of the top 10 players running the most meters so far in the CL are from Ajax. Erikssen is no 1.
  5. I love Roy Keane. He doesn't half speak the truth.
  6. In the Premier League you have to be big and strong, in the Champions League you really have to be able to play football.. I can still see Man C win, but no doubt who's the better team Love this.

    He's crap indeed.

Ajax' game is much better, but they are throwing away chances and Vermeer gives them to City to easy. Its taunting the football gods.
  9. The more you look at Toure's goal, the more your question why Vermeer didn't move. His right arm kind of twitched, but there was no effort to save it. Given the pace of the ball, it probably would've gone in off him anyway, but it's still worth the effort.

Plenty of praise for Ajax at half time. They need to go out and dictate the second half now. Man City will no doubt go straight for the next goal from the kick off. It's up to Ajax to not allow the Man City players to do that.
  10. Blind is a butcher though xD I am not praising Ajax yet, not over till the fat lady sings.
  11. City is putting in more effort.
  12. Ajax starting to get reckless in defence now. Given away too many fouls in such a short space of time.
