    I like Mata and I'm a fan of Cole too. I can't deny that Kompany was a key player for Manchester City between January and June, but this season he hasn't been as good - particularly in the Champions League. All I want my forwards to do is score goals, Messi and Ronaldo score more than enough

    Seven players from the El Clasico sides though. Not too much variation there...
  5. Tottenham are weighing up a move for Ajax's £20m-rated Denmark international Christian Eriksen, 20, during the January transfer window.

    Interesting.

    Also reading that Man Utd are tracking Simon Mignolet and Raheem Sterling. Now, we have De Gea and Lindegaard. Why go for yet another goalkeeper? I hope that rumour is off the mark. But Raheem Sterling I am a fan of, which is saying something considering he plays for Liverpool. He's young, talented and has a bright future ahead of him. With the seemingly inevitable sale of Nani looming, he could be a decent alternative.
  6. There's no way Eriksen will leave during winter, and certainly not to Tottenham. But then again, if they offer more than 20 million euros...
  7. Tottenham have only just signed Dembele, Dempsey and Sigurdsson for close to £30m combined, so I can't see Villa Boas spending a further £20m on a midfielder. I don't know how their finances are, but after their summer transfers reached around £50m, I don't know how much the board would be willing to allow them to spend.

    Still, it would be nice to see Eriksen playing on a regular basis in the Premier League

    Any news regarding Sulejmani? Are West Ham still chasing his signature?
