  2. News coming out now that Rooney has asked to leave again within the last two weeks. I've said it for all of this season and most of the previous two, he's been poor. In fact, had we sold him three years ago, the only thing we'd have missed is that overhead kick against Man City. Get rid of him now and allow Kagawa to shine.

    As much as I believe the reports, I don't really believe the Daily Fail's story:



    Though Ronaldo and RVP would be immense.

  5. Anywhere but Manchester will do. Today he's removed "Manchester United player" from his Twitter bio and replaced it with "NikeUK Athlete". Just get rid of him. Ferguson should set up a player swap deal with Moyes right now, Rooney for Fellaini/Baines. Rooney has been terribly inconsistent and primarily poor over the past two seasons. He should have been sold when he asked to leave in 2010. Ferguson was far too soft on him, because had another player, such as Nani, behaved in that manner, he'd be straight out. Transfer list Rooney, exclude him from the final two games and send his medal in the post. I'd be interested to see his face on Sunday should he lift the trophy.

    As for Moyes, it's a safe appointment. He's no Ferguson, Mourinho, Guardiola etc in terms of stature, so I fear he may struggle to attract big players from abroad. That's not a major deal, for the younger players he has the backing and attraction of Manchester United. He should be ok signing Premier League players, there's at least two at Everton who I'd be happy to see at Old Trafford. Obviously the big worry for many is his lack of trophies (0) and European experience (almost 0). At Everton he did very well in keeping them lurking outside the top four with an average side. Now he has a far better side, that can be improved, maybe he will find it easier to keep them in the top two minimum. If he can, trophies will come. He has given young players a chance, Rooney is the obvious star, but I think Baines is another. In the league, Everton are a good defensive side, better than United this season. I dont think we'll have trouble scoring with the attacking players we posess, so it should make for a good partnership, hopefully growing into a great one. He should be walking in to the exact same set up that Fergie had, with all of the great backroom support. Sir Alex will be upstairs should he need advice and if he uses everything at his disposal, he'll get on just fine.
  6. I don't think Ronaldo is leaving Real Madrid anytime soon - unless Mourinho's crazy war against half of his own team ends up breaking it all up.
  7. God I'd kill for Ronaldo back. Would sure go a long way to fill the Fergie sized gap.

  9. Neville isn't qualified I don't think, either of them. Then we get into the likes of Steve Bruce, Mark Hughes, and Roy Keane who have managed in the Premier League. Well, none of those are cut out to manage Man Utd. Bruce and Hughes are similar in that they tend to do ok at clubs with lower expectations. I doubt all Man Utd fans would welcome Hughes back with open arms since he's the former Man City manager. Roy Keane had a promising start as manager but it soon dried up and he's settled into TV punditry now.

    The wildcard choice would have been Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He won two consecutive league titles with Molde and was very successful when managing the United reserves. Still very young but very much a favourite amongst fans. Probably needs to bag himself a job at a larger club (I hear Everton are after a new manager) to prove himself. Ferguson admires Solskjaer's ability, we know that much.

    but with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer you surprised me ... i didn t know that he was working as a manager and with success
  11. Well, Solskjaer's team are currently bottom of the league, so I don't know what's happened there

    To coach in the Premier League, you must hold the UEFA Pro License and Gary Neville hasn't taken the course yet.

    ahhh ok ... but i think those guys sure have a good future as managers ...they still young but when you grow up with a good ( excellent in this case) coach and if you played good ...sure you will be a good coach
