I really hope Lyon can find some way around the ban on supporters of Lyon from the Rhône derby in Saint-Etienne on Friday. They're being because of a few stupid non-fans on either team, who are likely to just go somewhere else and fight. If the ban stands, it'll be an unfair advantage for les verts. It should be illegal, banning the supporters of one team just like that, in my mind that shouldn't be an option, you either allow fans from both teams, and of course try to fight the hooligans so that they don't get to ruin it for people, or play with empty stands.
Not poor perse, just uninspired attacking in general. Ajax lacks a killer attacker. And 'strength' in general. However it wasnt a bad match, Celtic was way worse in every aspect.
True that, Arsenal in general is amazing so far. Could be the season that all the stars have aligned for them. Curious how the game with Man Utd ends, honestly I dont think much of Utd's gameplay. Its just trial and error style, borders to chaotic, but their mentality makes up for a lot.
Hard to predict, see them overpowering Utd, but as I said they can put up a good fight. RVP has had a few lesser games, but he was ok the last one. Could go either way, a loss for Utd will be smack in the face for any title aspirations.
I don't think United are ready to roll over at home. If they play like they did against West Brom, then Arsenal will score a few. When we played Southampton and Sociedad recently, there was a lot more pressure on the opposition and we should've scored more. The first half an hour against Fulham at the weekend was excellent but at 3-0 they switched off and the second half was terrible.
