What happened here? I didn't see Match of the Day. Surely decision is OK because the follow up was scored. No need to refer the decision in that case I'd have thought.

The follow up (forget who it was) was offside. It must've been 90% over the line, such a close call on the hawk-eye replay.

I see now. Well the rules do state all of the ball must be over all of the line so technically correct decision. In real time it looked a mile over.

Expected really, Ron. My prediction was based off the hope that Liverpool wouldn't turn up and United would play their best football of the season.
