Anyway, voting twice a day is legal only if one list ends (3 songs win) and another list of songs is published that same day, you can vote for the 2nd list EVEN if you voted that day for the first

  11. Well, actually I don't think it's a strict 24-hours rule, it refers to a day, if you vote on Saturday 15th you can't vote until Sunday 16th, but you don't have to wait necessarely 24 hours
