  1. Hello everyone!!
    well, I've been listening to some of their songs.... and I'm loving it!!!
    this band is an Irish Folk Music band from the early 60's, founded by Ronnie Drew (yes!! you're right!! I started listening and searching on youtube for their music or some videos AFTER our boys joined other Irish artists for The Ballad of Ronnie Drew)!!
    well I was wondering if between all the Irish friends we have in the forum, does any fancy their music too???

  4. The Dubliners are legends . They have been around for donkey's years . All great musicians in their own right , not just Ronnie . Seven Dunken Nights is a classic . Check out Luke Kelly as well . He did a lot of work with the dubliners until he sadly died before his time . his song "Song For Ireland" is something special . See if ya can find it .

  8. ohh the dubliners. great music for a sing song after a few jars. ill hook you up with some of their stuff if you want. just pm me if your interested.
  9. I like The Dubliners but I like The Clancy Brothers better. My dad used to put on their records on Sunday mornings after breakfast. You might like The Waterboys too.

    Not Irish myself, although I have Irish blood y'know, but I love the Dubliners! Real folk music, classic stuff
