  1. Some of you would probably agree that the best live versions are those where Bono expresses his emotions and/or convictions on stage. (the Electric Co during the US Festival or SBS on Rattle and Hum are a perfect examples. I was wondering if anyone had a link to a youtube.com video or other video link where we could experience some of Bono's emotions (throwing drum kit) in the early years during a song.

    That is exactly what I am talking about... that is a very moving versions of "Mothers".

    Bad from Live Aid is another example. I just love the versions of these songs.

  4. Here's another. One from the first Slane show the night after Bono said goodbye to Bob for the last times. It doesn't come much more emotional than this. Singing straight to Bob he is :



  5. This one should be among them, although it's a standard PopMart-version. I really love to see how bono gets mad during Edge's solo. Pure anger, I guess...
