On that note, I have been wanting to ask the Irish this.Drinking aside...does it pee you off in the slightest that non-irish people from around the world celebrate st patricks day, just because of the piss up and not because of the history or what it means to the irish. Basically people jumping on the band wagon. For instance nobody bats an eyelid when its St George's day, not even the English.

Regardless, I'll be throwing back a pint or two tonight and listening to the best band in the world.

Doesn't piss me off at all. It's the one day a year where people get to feel Irish so let them enjoy the experience. Even in Ireland its just an excuse for a piss up.
