    stuck in a moment you can't get out of by u2 helps me greatly - you wouldn't think how often I keep telling myself 'it's just a moment, this time will pass.' and things go a little easier

    Gotta agree with that...I can't choose a single song for my whole life...someone it's Stuck In A Moment, others it's Love Rescue Me, some other times it's With Or Without You (O+ ), etc.
