a) has anyone else got this bootleg/CD thingy? I'm intrigued to know how it ended up being released etc.
b) Does anyone know how to get hold of a good quality version with all the tracks, not just most of them lol? I used a rapidshare link to get hold of most of it when I came across it whilst searching ages ago, but the quality's fairly shit and it didn't have some of the encore tracks on it.

the Detroit tracks are available here on the relevant bootleg page. Only 9 tracks but they are soundboard
