1. has it to deal with a certain Crepe Suzette?
    kidding of course hehe
  2. oh god not patsy kensit, can't stand the woman, never could.
  3. hehehe
  4. thank god bowie (for once) had the sense not to get involved - ten years before and he'd have been in there before she'd said hello my name's pat....., she's not exactly the good luck charm of rock stars is she. The second liam went there you knew it would all end in tears.
  5. you're definetely right hehe .. she married Jim Kerr and a member of B.A.D. too (not Mick Jones luckily hehe) if iì'm not wrong hehe
  6. yesterday i downloaded this
David Bowie and Nine Inch Nails 1995-10-11 Riverport Amphitheatre, St. Louis, MO, US [SBD]
haven't listened to yet .. that "and NIN" consists in Reznor guesting in some songs, doesn't it? .. or i've misunderstood?
  7. it was a joint tour of the us in september/october 1995 - nin opened every night - they were then joined on stage by Bowie who usually did about five songs before he and his band took over to do around 90 minutes - the majority of the gigs are amazing sound quality particularly for the mid 1990's and were recorded on dat - as were most of bowie's uk shows in november/december 1995 - though his sets on both dispense with the big hits.
  8. 40 minutes pro shot bowie and nin

  9. and in fact .. just looked at the info file ..
    01 Subterraneans - with NIN
02 Scary Monsters - with NIN
    03 Reptile - with NIN
04 Hallo Spaceboy - with NIN
    05 Hurt - with NIN
  10. it has to be said his sets in 1995 have little variation though as his return to the stage after three years and coming on the back of the largely dire 1984-1992 anything is a forward step. my personal preference is for 1996 when look back in anger, diamond dogs etc start to reappear.
  11. reading here and there it seems that long time fans often, if not always, hit hard in the Glass Spider .. at least it did school ... (Willie? )
  12. by the way .. what do you think about this book? (if you read it)
The Complete David Bowie by Nicholas Pegg

    that translated becomes

    hehe

is it very good as it seems? recommended?
