  1. It is always great to read things like this. How another recording artist can make you feel. It is good that you have such a big love of him. I often wonder what i would feel if U2 were to stop as i have had highs and lows over 35 years of this band. I feel lucky to have grown up with the band in my life. My friends dad says the same for The Rolling Stones in his life. It makes me wonder what the kids of today will have? My son is currently reflecting rather than moving forward with any particular band. He sees how great music has been but says that there is not much choice these days.
    This is why I am encouraging him to get his own band together to make a difference. Lets hope the future of rock and roll has a place to flourish.

    He tried rock...soul...blues...electronic and experimental
    Some album are maybe not that easy to approach.
    He returned to splendor in his last few years with Next Day or even Heathen .this last one Got some gems like Slow Burn or Everyone says hi
    He's been My very first approach to music when i was 11 or 12.i started with The Rise and Fall....( well.what a good start )...then i never stopped
    I'll miss him a lot.i always listen to his music when i Got the occasion.the greatest artist of our time


    The Next Day was a great Album.
    Blackstar is up there with his best. A short album but a masterpiece album with Death as the mantle piece.
