  1. so I think its hilarious how we all get excited when a girl comes along to this site...number 1 because its rare and number 2 because I've always envisioned the love of my life to love U2 as much as me...so when a girl joins..its always that sort of feeling...haha maybe its just me...but it seems that we all get "extra" nice when women introduce themselves on here..haha

  4. Haha, nice pun there! True, it'd keep conversation interesting but i dont think i could deal with my girl knowing more about them than me, i take great 'PRIDE' in all ive learnt and loved! (oh yeah, another pun)
  5. Know a girl in real life who is fan of U2, but she's not my type and gets married this year...so. Would be awesome though if my future wife loves them, or at least has interest for their music. Converting your girlfriend into U2 is also quite a challenge and worth the result.

    totally right!!! it's a hard thing to do now a days...a lot of girls my age (22-23) don't really like U2. When I'm with a girl, not sure if she likes them or just pretends to like them because she likes me..haha

    I sort of tried to make my ex like them told her to listen to the classics, but she grew to like them anyway! to be fair that used to be all i played on my CD player (it still is...)

  9. im with you there flowerchild, there is only one guy i have met in Uni that seems to 'like' U2, but still not with the passion that i do, its always a great topic starter thought talking about music, but when i hear that a guy doesnt like (or hates ) U2, its a real downer, i lose respect for them as they dont appreciate real music lol

  11. Im at Massey Uni, here at NZ studying (hopefully) Vet science its a restricted course and im studying my ass off to get in, just having a little break now lol
