well....there are plenty of plenty of plenty of "bootlegs" of the first demos and stuff
for example i got an album called Odds & Demos from 1978 to 1983 ...
nothing official but good stuff btw.....

live at Brixton is one of the most famous bootleg....there are i think more than five/six different covers...
