    The insert (with "flashback to 4 songs of innocence" on one side and the band picture on the other side) was placed before the records and partly visible through the round die-cut hole.

    According to U2Songs, also number #0001 and #1000 were packaged this way: with the insert before the records.

    There were only a handful that had the wrong record inside, but that could be seen from the outside
