I might ask you what's on the Original Of The Species promo and the Achtung Baby Working Tapes, is that the entire 7 or 8 discs or are they actual tapes?

It's the Original Of The Species cardboard sleeve promo, it has only the single version on it.

The Achtung Baby Working Tapes is an official Island CD with this on it:

    - Where did it all go wrong (take I)
    - Heaven and hell
    - Jitterbug baby
    - I feel free (take I)
    - Sweet baby jane
    - Blow your house down (take II)
    - Laughing in the face of love/so creul (take I)
    - Take you down
    - Laughing in the face of love/so cruel (take II)
    - Wake up dead man (remix)
    - Going down south
    - Sunset in colours
    - Chances away
  2. By the way..
Anyone interested in The Joshua Tree Album Sampler no. 5?
Got a double one.. leave me a message!
  3. My stuff:

    6 x JT Tour tees
    2 x War Tour tees
    3 x Lovetown Tour tees
Huge JT Tour poster (measures approx 150cm x 100cm) from the Elland Rd Leeds show
    Various CD's and DVD's
A few copies of an Australian fanclub mag from the 80's thats now defunct, called "Into the heart"
The only vinyl i have is a copy of the 7" gold/brown pressing of U2-3 and a copy of the hand numbered stickered 12" first ever U2-3.

I used to have a very rare "Love Comes to Town tour" black bomber jacket. My uncle worked the Australian leg of the tour and was given it by someone from their principle management. Apparently there were only about 25 made. Sold it on eBay some time ago.

  4. For those who are interesting... I have the n° 4 of Joshua Tree Promo Sampler for sale...

  5. I would say it was a fake. First off, the 7" label on the vinyl was different. That is the label from the 12" version shown on the ebay picture.
    7" Label was:

    12" Label was:

I'm no expert mind you. I'm not even sure any of the 7" vinyls were numbered, but perhaps a more informed member may enlighten us. I would say if it was numbered though it would have been done in the same fashion as the 12" versions with a sticker on the front.

Bought myself Rattle & Hum on VHS and October on Cassette
  6. Yes, but the ebay one is a gold versrion something, the lower pic is the normal version. Seen already several different versions, how many are out there

Prefer the one with the sticker on the sleeve, but priceless
  7. I was saying that the 7" versions had a different label regardless of colour. U2Wanderer which is generally a good staring point says nothing about a gold version. But like I say, maybe someone with more knowledge will reply
