    I got it off U2mart.com, on the download section - they have;

    Walk On

    Some of them have been mixed in with like backstage chat etc. during the show or something, I did some simple editing on them so I've got the songs on their own (or in the case of Elevation, it sort of jumps in a few seconds into the "oooohs" once the band kick in. I've also been given some audio from other friends which I'm guessing is DVD ripped material, e.g. UTEOTW, Angel of Harlem, Wake Up Deadman etc. I'm 7 tracks short of the whole set.
