One of my favorite moments in the London ZOO TV gig on May 31, 1992 (my personal favorite 1st leg zoo show) is at the end of "With or Without You" when bono goes into this beautiful lyric after "we'll shine like stars.."
the problem is...I've never been able to figure out what the HECK he's saying....it's just that the melody he does is so pretty.
My question is...does ANYONE out there know what I'm talking about and what he's singing?
I kind of know that he's referencing some club in london called the something "Moon"...
anyway, it sounds something like this...
"We'll shine like stars in the silver light...
We'll shine like stars in London lovetown..
??Mockey moon??
??Baby saaaay you saw when I want you??
Obviously i know that last part is not correct but thats what it sounds like to me.
any ideas??
